近五年，我院主持/参与各级课题共54项，其中主持国家级1项、参与国家级3项，主持省级8项、市级6项、区级36项；参与发表论文共计148篇，其中SCI 75篇(影响因子5分以上的18篇)，统计源59篇。
2022年度深圳市公共卫生机构科技量值排名中，我院在全市公共卫生机构中位列第四名，较2018年度上升一名，依旧保持在全市区级公卫机构中位列第一名。
